Payment & Refund Policy

1. Registration Fees

All registration and admission fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Tuition Fee Refunds

Refunds for tuition fees are granted based on the time of withdrawal relative to the course start date:

If a course is cancelled by Britain International Academy due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid, including the registration fee.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the Administration Office. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval and will be issued via the original payment method.
